Equipped with advanced production facilities including CNC lathes, laser cutters, robotic welding systems, hydraulic presses, assembly lines, ball stud high-frequency machines, stamping robots and punch presses, the company achieves efficient and orderly production of components through high-precision machining, automated welding and intelligent stamping technologies, providing a solid guarantee for superior product quality.
Testing Capabilities
The Thailand factory testing center is equipped with core inspection equipment to support production quality control, covering environmental durability, mechanical performance, and surface quality: salt spray test chamber, universal testing machine, roughness profilometer, and digital Rockwell hardness tester. For non-localized tests such as endurance trials, our domestic headquarters provides full technical support. We adopt a "headquarters dispatch + local collaboration" model for quality inspection, gradually building localized testing capabilities to ensure product stability and process optimization.
