Development History
2005
Our company was founded and successfully developed the front and rear axle gearbox assembly for 350cc ATV, which started the journey of Jinna in the gearbox industry.
2007
Through technical research, we successfully developed front and rear axle gearbox assemblies for ATV/UTV with a displacement of 700cc, and owned a number of patents, such as anti-skid differential lock for special vehicles, thus laying a solid foundation for the research and development and production of gearbox assemblies for large-displacement beach vehicles.
2008
Based on the 700cc displacement, we successfully developed the front and rear axle gearbox assembly with differential lock for 800cc ATV/UTV series which meets the requirements of the OEM size and power ratio.
2009
In order to meet the market demand, our company successfully developed the front and rear axle gearbox assembly for 1000cc ATV/UTV series, which greatly improved the market competitiveness and industry status.
2010-2012
Based on the special vehicle gearbox industry developed into the new energy electric vehicle gearbox segment, our company successfully developed EA01 and EA02 new energy gearbox.
2014-2015
Our new EA03 gearbox is many OEM matching product. The first EB01 integral bridge was successfully launched.
2016-2017
E120 gearbox was successfully developed, with the highest input speed of 12,000r/min, NVH passed customer acceptance, and our company introduced intelligent assembly line. The first 5D electric ATV rear axle was successfully developed, opening the chapter of special new energy vehicles.
2018-2019
E122 and E128 with position P gearboxes have been successfully developed, with input speed of up to 14,000 r/min. E218 two-speed new energy gearbox has been successfully developed.
2020-2021
Jinna Power Technology is established; two-speed electric ATV L-type electric rear axle assembly series products are successfully developed, with input torque covering 110N.m–230N.m and get a number of patents. ATV series products are platformed and serialized; The front and rear gearbox assemblies for 5-speed ATV are successfully developed.
2022-2023
Chongqing plant completed; The two-speed electric drive axle assembly with parking mechanism for ATV successfully developed, and has a number of patents. Chongqing plant formally put into production, the completion of the differential assembly project, 5-speed ATV front and rear axle gearbox assembly to achieve mass production.
